EMERGENCY PLANNING AS RELATED TO FIRE PROTECTION PROGRAM We have performed an additional review of the Farley Nuclear Plant (FNP) Emergency Plan in conjunction with the ongoing Fire Protection Program Review. We find that the information provided in the Emergency Plans undated (submitted by FSAR Amendment No. 38, August 15, 1974),

and the Fire Protection Program Reevaluation submitted by letter dated September 15, 1977 does not fully conform to those fire protection .
