In your letter you conclude that, contingent upon the satisfactory completion of your short term corrective acticns, Fort St. Vrain will be ready for return to power operation. Our ongoing inspection l
activities and NRR's revier! of specific technical issues have confirmed that j
your short term corrective actions provide an acceptable basis for plant restart.
You have committed to continue certain evaluations and ccrrective actions j
after plant restart. These evaluations should be submitted to the staff j
within 60 to 90 days after restart.
Your post-related corrective actions will i
be reviewed and evaluated during future NRC inspections.
