1 ANSWER OF PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY IN OPPOSITION TO MOTION OF SAN LUIS OBISPO -

MOTHERS FOR PEACE FOR IMPOSITION OF A STOP WORK ORDER.

Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PGandE) submits that l

the motion filed by San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace (MPP) seeking a stop work ccder should be denied.

The motion is simply an intemperate rehash of a similar pleading filed by Scenic Shore-line Preservation Conference, Inc. dated December 5, 1973.

For the reasons outlined in the Board's order dated April 3, 1974 responding to the Conference pleading, the matters alleged in the l

MFP motion should be considered at the operating license hearing.

There is no need for a separate. hearing at this time.

I Respectfully submitted, F.

T. SEARLS JOHN C. MORRISSEY PHILIP A.
