This refers to our letter to you dated September 6,1985, which indicated that we would initiate action to examine the facts and circumstances surrounding your concerns relative to the test program at the Hope Creek Generating Station.

Based on review of the correspondence and feedback from our inspectors on site it would appear that the potential safety issues you identified were already being resolved or were subsequently resolved, in a manner consistent with the site quality and pre-operational test programs.
