clarified by the additional information provided in the above cited-L d e = ants, provides an acceptable basis, within the limitatims

described in the enclosed evaluation, for predicting the fluid L
pkncunena in the torus water due to relief valve actuatim. We have l
also carelirlad that the analytical model for torus structural response to the above phenomena is not sufficiently verified by test data to be
