Dear Mr. Davis:
During the per!.od of July 23-25, 1991 the Nuclear Regulatory Commissicn (NRC) vill conduct a Fitness-For-Duty (FFD) inspection at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant. In preparetion for the inspection, the NRC requested in a letter dated May 1, 1991 (log Number 1-2477), a copy of tae procedures and policies pertaining to Davis-Basse's FFD program. prorides a listing of the FFD proceoutes and policies contained in Attachment ?.
