' DOCKET NO. 50-22 WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORPORATION NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF ORDER The Atomic Energy Commission has issued an order, as set forth below, authorizing Westinghouse Electric Corporation to partially dis-mantle the Westinghouse Testing Reactor located near Waltz Mill, in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Facility License No. TR-2, as amended,

' authorizes possession, but not operation, of the reactor.

A copy of the application dated April 29, 1969, as amended, is available for public inspection at the Commission's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C.
