LICENSED OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION PROGRAMS FOR MILLSTONE UNITS 1 AND 2 AND HADDAM NECK PLANT (TAC Nos. 64137, 64138 and 64620)

By letter dated Decemb'er 8,1986, Northeast Utilities, in accordance with J

10 CFR 50.54, requested a review of their revised licensed operator requalification programs for the Haddam Neck Plant and Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2.

Additional information was submitted by your letter dated April 15, 1987 which was provided in response to our request dated February 24, 1987.

J Based upon our review of your December 8,1986 and April 15, 1987 submittals, I

we conclude that the three discrete programs submitted for review meet the 1

criteria of either 10 CFR 55, Appendix A or the H. R. Denton letter of I

March 28, 1980. The above criteria are in effect until the new 10 CFR 55 1s effective.
