WFN TASK SCHEDULE Reference your note of May 30, 1986 with RJB's handwritten note of June 9,1986 concerning WFN tasks.
I have the following comments on the schedule. Numbers are keyed to schedule numbers.
10, 2957 for access control / alarm systems has not been submitted to GSA because funding decisions have not been made. June 10 deadline has passed; there-fore, it is improbable that the access control alarm system can be in place by November 1, 1986.
- 12. Procurement of air conditioning unit in SCIF/ console area is a building construction responsibility.
Lou Fisher will provide, in conjunction with Cooper-Lecky. Procurement of sound booths for STU-II's are a TB responsi-bility.
I will write a memo to Kellam reminding of the requirement.
Alarm / access control requirement duplicates 10 above. Not sure of what
" recording equipment" refers to. Detex system not required if access control system installed. No action will be taken on Detex system pending decision on access control system.
- 31. Joint responsibility of Facilities Security and Systems Security.
Cards will not be available by October 1, 1986 for distribution. Date of avail-ability is dependent on when we send access control 2957 to GSA.
