Dear Sirs:
Regarding amendment to Medtronic's special nuclear material No. 1156 and by-product No. 1226 materials licenses to authorize a new storage area.
Medtronic requests authorization to store its radioactive materials in that new area designated in the attached drawing.
As with the presently licenses storage room, this new room would be locked when unattended and would have the appropriate radioactive sign on the door.
This area, as with the old storage area, is under surveillance by 24-hour guard.
