10 CFR PART 40 - URANIUM MILL TAILINGS REGULATIONS: GROUND-WATER PROTECTION AND OTHER ISSUES on April 30, 1986 the Office of Administration forwarded a Federal Register Notice on 10 CFR Part 40 for signature and publication in the Federal Register.
Included in the Notice were a number of comments received from EPA sub s equ'e sit..to the Commission appr. oval of the proposed rule.
in SECY-86-43.
The Commission has agreed to proceed with publication of the proposed rule as approved in SECY-86-43.
EPA can provide its comments during the public comment period on the proposed rule.
Accordingly you should forward for signature and publication a copy of the Federal Register Notice as approved by the Commission in SECY-86-043.
