CONTROL OF NRC RULEMAKING - ED0 ANNUAL REVIEW The Division of Waste Management is submitting its ED0 annual review package supporting the continuation of the rulemaking entitled, " Uranium Mill Tailings Regulations: Ground-Water Protection and Other Issues." Enclosed is the required documentation for the annual review package.
Since the E00's approval of May 29, 1985, we have developed a proposed rule.
The proposal was sent to the Comission on February 5,1986.
