ANALYSIS OF ANPRM COMMENTS I have completed the analysis of the public coments received on the Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) for 10 CFR Part 40. A copy is enclosed. The analysis is one part of the input needed to prepare a recomended Office position on scope.
I will prepare a revised EDO package on the second step rulemaking to reflect the coments and other factors..
