2.1 Section 15.4, Table 15.4.1-1, Items 1,4,5,6,7,8,11, and 12.
2.2 Perform this test following a refueling prior to criticality 3.0 CONDITIONS 3.1 AST & ET circuits are deenergized.
3.2 EH & Auto stop oil systems are operating 3.3 Both reactor coolant pumps are running 3.4 No SF/FF mismatch signals are present.
3.5 Pressurizer level and pressurizer pressure are normal.
3.6 Steam generator levels are above the alarm setpoints.
4.0 PRECAUTIONS 4.1 Test only one train ("A" or "B") at a time.
4.2 All test switches must be returned to normal before testing the other train.
4.3 After testing is completed in either train and before the trip breakers are returned to normal configurations, check that all the RT relays are energized by observing the relay " button" is
- pulled in.
4.4 After testing all trip combinations of relays listed under each protective function, verify that operation of a single relay will not cause the trip to occur by operating each relay individually and noting no trip occurs.
- 4.5 Permissive buttons must be used above or below certain power levels.
If permissive buttons are required they must be depressed before testing of the matrix, i

CAUTION: Dl" LING STEP 5.2 THE STOP VALVES WILL OPEN.
5.2 Train "A" logic tests 5.2.1 Latch the turbine, verify the turbine latched by the stop valves going open.
5.2.2 Preliminary - Verify the following relays are energized:
RT-1 RT-7 RC-1 RT-2 RT-8 RC-2 RT-3 RT-9 RC-3 RT-4 RT-10 RC-4 RT-5 RT-11 RT-6 RT-12 Checkoff
- 5.2.3 Put the "A" train bypass breaker in the test position.
- S.2.4 Close the "A" train bypass breaker using the local breaker control pushbutton.
- 5.2.5 Open the "A" train bypass breaker from the Train "a" logic test panel. Verify this locally at the "A" train bypass breaker.
- 5.2.6 Insert bypass breaker "A" and verify the breaker open on the Train "B" logic test panel and in the control room.
- 5.2.7 Close bypass breaker "A" from the train "B" logic test panel. Verify this on the Train "B" logic test panel and in the control room.
- 5.2.8 AFTER VERIFYING THE "A" BYPASS BREAKER CLOSED, SHUT THE "B" LOGIC TEST PANEL DOOR.
5.2.9 OPEN THE "A" LOGIC TEST PANEL DOOR AND BE0!N "A" TRAIN LOGIC TESTS.
- These steps may be deleted if the reactor trip breakers are not required to be closed by operations.
