1.

The panel d)scussed the use of the consultants for the independent review of the information made available to them. It was agreed to meet with the consultants on February 25, 1985 to discuss their scope of effort and the panels preliminary findings.

2. The panel discussed the need to sequester themselves for the reviews to avoid conflicts with their normal jobs. To the extent possible this will be done, and the meetings during the week of February 25 will be remote to NRC offices (e.g., motel meeting room).

3. The Panel reviewed the draft schedule and deve' loped a revised schedule.

The next meeting of the panel is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Friday, February 25, 1985.
