SUBJECT:
ALLEGED INTIMIDATION Members of the Comanche Peak Project conducted a feedback discussion with Alleger A-5 on March 5 and 6.
During the discussion of allegations which the staff had addressed, the alleger provided details on each and discussed several incidents which reflected potential intimidation of crafts personnel.
Chet Poslusny has discussed each described incident with Darwin Hunter who was familiar with Alleger A-5's depositions on intimidation and identified those which he believed to be new allegations of intimidation.
I am forwarding excerpts of the meeting transcript, describing each incident for your review as input to your Panel's findings.
