values Fred-Emie, Virgil and I had hoped to complete our review and provide recommendations to the EDO by December 23. Because of unanticipated personal and NRC committments we have had to delay the compietion of our work until January 15. We want to ensure that we have the necessary time to complete our research and discussions and hope this delay is agreeable from your perspective.
