SPECIFICATION SETPOINTS AND ALLOWABLE VALUES FOR I INSTRUMENTATION UNDER FORMAL DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL OPINION PROCEDURES l Your memorandum to me dated August 5,1998, requested that the issue of the use of allowable values (in lieu of trip, set points) in Technical Specifications be considered a Differing Professional Opinion (DPO). Your request has been granted and the issues you raised will be reviewed under the DPO procedures in Management Directive 10.159.
