dpo panel re setpoints Because of OGC concems about organizational conflict of interest, I spoke to Fred Burrows about other names he could find for his recommended panel member. He suggested two: Tom Dunning and Virgil Beaston. Tom had been a member of the DVP panel, but Fred discussed the issue of his membership on this panel with David Woodend. David saw no bar to Tom's participation. Please consider these two names, so that we do not have to seek an exemption to have Rick Tulley. Thanks.
