We conclude that : ur response to Itte 4.3 of Generic Letter 83-08 is acceptable. The enclosed Safety Evaluation provides details of our finding.
By letter dated April E4,1987, you stated that installation of the Shunt Coil Trip attachr.ent was corrpleted. We acknowledged that fact and closed Confimatory Issue 76 in SER Supplement No. 5.
