Via Reference 1, TU Electric submit' Revision 5 to Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station's
- Engineering Report ER-ME-067," Eval ation of Thermo-lag Fire Barrier Systems." After reviewing the aforementioned submittal Mr. T. J. Polich requested some BISCO Penetration Seal test reports referenced in the engineering report. These test reports was provided to Mr. Polich to facilitate NRC Staff's review of the Silicone Foam Fire Stop issue.
Subsequent to providing Mr. Polich these test reports TU Electric performed its own test of the Silicone Foam Fire Stop material, and the results of the tests were submitted via Reference 2. TU Electric is not relying on the tests performed by BISCO. Therefore, TU Electric is requesting that NRC return the B!SCO test report (s), and remove them from the docket.
