COPANCHE PEAK REPORT REVIEW GROUP This memorandum contains my response to the Stello memorandum of August 19 1987, same subject.
ARM plans to support NRR and the Regions in modify (ng the existing 766 system or in establishing a new system. The various users need to decide what data and system requirements must be met. ARM will help in this definition phase and suggests a team effort, with representatives from NRR. the Regions and ARM.
ARM would then take the user requirements and develop the system design accordingly.
I consider this effort to be of high priority and will move expeditiously to complete system design. Depending on the complexity of the system and the possi>1e impact on the Regulatory inforination Tracking System (RITS). I believe that within six months of the establishment of requirements.
ARM can have the system operational.
