STAFF REQUIREMENTS MEMORANDUM - MANAGEMENT MEETING OF APRIL 14, 1987 Attached, as requested in your April 20, 1987, memorandum to me, are the folicwing documents:

1. A copy of 0!A's November 26, 1986, report entitled, "Allegatinns of Misconduct By Region IV Management With Respect to the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station."

2. Copies of all documents in 01A's file 86-10. The file: are labeled "Comanche Peak - Allegations of Miscnnduct By Region IV,1986, Vol.1,"

and "Comanche peak, 86-10 Vol. 2, !987."

3. Copies of all known existing draf t versions of the Conanche Peak report.

Included in this package is a copy of the report as contained on the IBM Displaywriter Diskette used to type the report. We assume this is identical to the final repcet but have not made a line-by-line comparison to verify that.

4. Copies of all documents in 0IA file "INQ 86-30," which relates to the investigation of the "Stellc/ White phone conversation."
