in the Coc:=anche PeakReport. These are recom- a sendations #54, 76, 77. The EDO effort on this is being led by Tom Martin, Chief of the Regional ,

Operations Staff. All the regional offices, NRR, i hMSS, OE, OSP and ARM are participating in reviewing A0)(D4 and further refining tMe proposal. The goal is to have (first phase of) a new system in place by January 1989.
