The staff has carefully reviewed your letter and determined that it contains the necessary information to qualify as a petition for rulemaking. Your petition has been docketed pursuant to 10 CFR 2.802 and assigned Docket No.

PRM-50 50. For your information, we have enclosed a copy of 62.802 of the NRC regulations.

We will prepare a notice of receipt of your petition. The notice will be published in the Federal Register with a statement requesting public  ;
