By application of March 31, 1986, the Omaha Public Power District submitted proposed changes to the Technical Specifications for Fort Calhoun Station.
The Application and consequently, the letter to your from our attorneys, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae, refer to the changes as concerning
" surveillance requirements for solid radioactive waste".
The Application, however, contained Technical Specification changes concerning the emergency diesel generators.
Please find attached three (3) original and (19) nineteen copies of the Application. The Application fee and the proposed Technical Specifications remain as originally submitted.
