INFORMATION ITEM PIGARDING THE DIABLO CANYON NUCLEAR POWF.R PLANT (Board Notification No.834153 )

l In accordance with HRC procedures for Board Notification, the following information is being transmitted directly to the Comission.

Safety Evaluation Report Supplement No.19 related to the operation of Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. Units 1 and 2 of Pacific Gas and Electric Concany, issued by Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, dated October,1983.

As discussed at the Corinission meeting on Septerber 27. 1983 this SER

.%pplement No.19 discusses those matters identified in SER Supplement 18 and listed in SECY-83-366, dated Septeeber 6,1983 that must be resolved prior to fuel loading. As stated in Section 5 of SER Supplement No.19, the staff concludes that these r.atters have been adequately resolved.
