the following infonnation is being provided to the Connission.

By letter dated January 13, 1982, PG&E provided all parties of the Diablo Canyon proceeding with copies of the description of its Design Verification Program - Phase II (Enclosure 1 to PG&E letter) and of the qualifications of additional ' contractors proposed for Phase II (Enclosure l 2 to PG&E letter). A copy of the entire PG&E subruittal of January 13, 1982 is enclosed for your information. A copy of the PG&E sutruittal letter only is provided to all parties of the Diablo Canyon proceeding I as a matter of notification. . -
