Heeting Stannary - April 30, 1982 Discussion of Role of Bechtel Power Corporation in Completion of the Diablo Canyon Project.

Units 1 and 2. dated May 18, 1982.

The infonnation is relevant to the safety issue on the design adequacy of Otablo Canyon Unit 1. This is the subject of Commission Order CI.!-81-30 which suspended the Itcense for fuel loading and low power operation and Mich is the basis for the 10VP. The material does not pertain to those inatters that were resolved by ALM-644.
