CYCLE RELOAD ANALYSES" I in a letter dated October 29,1997, the'B&W Owners Group submitted Revision 2 to Topical Report BAW-10179P, " Safety Criteria and Methodology for Acceptable Cycle Reload Analyses," dated October 1997. The revision incorporates add >>nal topical reports and letters that have been

- approved by the NRC since the safety evaluation report for BAW 10179P, Revision 1, was issued. l BAW-10179P provides the criteria and methodology for determinig cycle specific limits and setppoints 4

that are included in the Core Operating Limits Reports (COLRs) for the B&W 177-fuel assembly class ,

i of nuclear power plants. The report serves as the approved methodology that is referenced in the  ;

i COLR portion of the Administrative Controls Section of plant technical specifications, j in addition to a list of references that have been approved since the approval of Revision 1 to BAW-10179P, Revision 2 includes an appendix for each new reference that summarizes the reference and  ;

includes the conditions and limitations for t? e applicability of the reference. -
