Dear Mr. Swanger:
By letter dated October 29,1997, the Babcock & Wilcox Owners Group submitted the subject report and requested that NRC issue a safety evaluation so that the report could be referenced as the current approved version o.' BAW-10179P. The staff has completed its review and concludes that the report is acceptable. Attached is its safety evaluation. This concludes NRC review activity for this report (TAC MA0179).
