Use only stainless brushes on the stainless steel material.

A 240 Tp 304 stainless steel material shall be limited to a maximum thickness of 5/8".
f Welding of materials in excess of 5/8" in thickness shall be limited to a maximum electrode diameter of 5/32" and welding parameters shall no*. exceed a maximum of 130 amps and 26 volts nor shall the BGR be less than 62 sec/12".
Maximum pass thickness in these welds shall not exceed approximately 1/4".
