The staff has reviewed the proposed Nuclear Regulatory Commission Acquisition Regidation (NRCAR).

Please change all references to the Office of the Controller (OC)in the NRCAR to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), e g., page 48. We have no other comments on the proposed rule.
