We have reviewed the proposed revisions to the NRCAR distributed to Office Directors by Patricia Norry in her August 14,1997, memorandum. Although our Information and Records Management Branch is separately reviewing the rule and will provide comments on information collection matters, we have no substantive comments on the proposed rule and provide our concurrence.
