Subject:
Seabrook Unresolved Licensing Isaues
Dear Sir:
In your letter [ Reference (b)], you noted that there are a number of unresolved issues that still need to be dealt with before Seabrook Unit I can be issued an operating license, and you provided to us a listing of those issues for our review.
Attached, please find our comments to your list of unresolved licensing issues. These comments update the projected (or actual) dates where information to support resolution of the issue will be (or has been) provided.
Additionally, we have added information to the list which we feel will better describe some of the remaining issues.
As you are aware, the project has been actively working on closing
)
the remaining licensing issue in support of the SER supplement No. 4 schedule of April, 1986. We anticipate a majority of those issues listed will be resolved in the upcoming supplement.
We feel that your list, as commented on by us, f airly reflects the remaining licensing issues, and we fully intend to met the projected dates as noted therein. We will continue to work with you and your staff to resolve those issues in support of our fuel load date of i
I June 30, 1986.
