REVISION OF REGULATORY GUIDES INSIDER SAFEGUARD 3 Rl,'.ES.
This is in response to your memorandum af July 5,1985 rec,uesting a schedule for ::o.Tpletion of revisions to tha two drait companior, regulitory cuides i SG 301-4 "Standarci Format and Content Gaide for The Accats AJthorization Progratr" and SG 302-4 " Guidance for Miscellaneous Amendnents to 10 C'!R 73.55.
The twc guides will be forwarded to NMSS for review and concurran:e on or before August 23, 1985. PET ConV2rsation With Mr. Ed !iill of the Frogran Planning and Control 3 ranch, RES, the revised draft guides would take cne month for editing and one month for preocration for publication upon receipt of the guides. Mcwever, because of tlielr work load and limited resources, it will be very difficult to publish these guides in September to coincide with publication of the final Insider Safeguards Ruie.
