1. The application is incomplete in that there is np discussion regarding the deletion of information pertaining to the restriction on the use of Unit No. 5 because of.the reduced strength of the tie down lug material.

2. Section 7-0, Operating Procedures, is incomplete in that the application contains only two pages, 7-7 and 7-8.

3. The maintenance instructions, Section 8.2, pertaining to gaskets should be clarified. It is not clear that the instructions given are applicable to the seal design'being used.
