POINT BEACH OFFSITE DOSE CALCULATION MANUAL (0DCM) - TACS 61628 AND 61629 In a letter dated February 22, 1988, you submitted Point Beach ODCM, Revision 1, for NRC staff Nview. With the assistance of our contractor, EG&G Idaho, Incorporated, we have completed the review of the Point Beach ODCM.
Our review findings are discussed in the enclosed Safety Evaluation with the attached EG&G contractor's report.
In general, we conclude that the 00CM uses methods which are consistent with staff guidelines. However, a cumber of discrepancies have been identified which will require revision of the ODCM.
Some of these discrepancies relate to the Point Beach Environmental Manual, Revision 4. submitted by your letter dated January 20, 1986.
We request that you revise the ODCH and the Environmental Manual in accordance with the enclosed cortrrents, and resubmit them for our review.
