The District has actively interfaced with the NRC Incident Investigation Team (IIT), Region V, NRR, INPO and the B&W Owners' Group in the development and resolution of the Action List items.
The District has informally provided detailed closure reports to the NRC IIT and Region V upon completion of the requested Action List items required for startup.
In addition, the District briefed the Region V and HRR staff on the root cause investigations and recovery actions during a meeting on February 10, 1986.
