Chapter 12, "Conduct of Operations" Mr. McCollum, Good afternoon. During our April 6, 2020 public meeting to discuss Nuclear Development, LLC (ND)s response to the NRC staffs request for additional information (RAI), the staff encouraged ND to review old construction permit applications to better understand the level of detail that the staff needs to have on the docket to be able to make a safety finding. To that end, I wanted to inform you that, as an example, a copy of Watts Bar Nuclear Plants original PSAR, Chapter 12, Conduct of Operations, is publicly available on NRCs ADAMS system, under accession number ML20142A389.
