Call from Bill McCollum of Nuclear Development LLC re: Bellefonte 1&2 CP Transfer Acceptance I received a call from Bill McCollum of ND, LLC regarding status of the Bellefonte 1&2 CP transfer.
I called him back and told him that we are making progress but not as quickly as I had initially hoped but that we will have completed the review and have a letter for him. I estimate by the end of February.
He said that he had hoped that the review would have been quicker and I agree but said that it was much more complicated than we had originally planned.
I asked if he had any concerns or comments wrt the process and he said that he had none. It was about a 2 minute call completed before 2pm today.
