I received an e-mail from someone who works for private industry in KY. Their questions about the Bellefonte new licensing application are (my italics below):
Per the "New Reactor Licensing Application" pdf, Bellefonte has a published scheduled date of 2012.
Questions: 1)What does a published schedule look like? 2)Contents of published schedule? 3) Where would I look for a published schedule? 4) Steps to follow the published schedule? Meaning-Would construction begin in 2012 and roughly end in 2017? Go-live date 2017?
Is the schedule at http://www.nrc.gov/reactors/new-reactors/col/bellefonte/review-schedule.html what this requestor is referring to?
