Dear Mr. Rodriguez:
Pursuant -to 10 CFR 51.119, the Commission has requested the Office of the Federal Register to publish the enclosed " Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact." This notice relates to your request dated February 28, 1985, as supplemented November 7,1985, for an exemption from Subsection III.L of Appendix R to 10 CFR 50 to the extent that it requires the capability to achieve cold shutdown of the plant within 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br />. The remainder of the ' exemptions requested in your February 28, 1985, application are being handled separately.
