20555 Dear Mr. Moeller On November 16, you sent to us your comments on the, preliminary draft of an analysis of certain aspects of the Oyster Creek nuclear power plant by poter R. Davis.

We appreciate your effort in reviewing and commenting on that preliminary draft.

I have dis-cussed your comments and the others we received with Mr. Davis, who is carefully evaluating all the materials we received to see in what ways the preliminary draf t should be changed.

Our tentative plan,is to prepare a. final draft of the report over the'next few weekst this final draft will be made generally available for broad public review.

I assume that you will be interested in reviewing the product of this next step of our work, and, unless I hear to the contrary, I will send it directly to you as.soon as we release it.
