ACLS By letter dated Kay 24. 1972 Jersey Central Power & Light Ccampany reported that the sore was operated threegh wyste z U, 1-B with a fuel bundle miseriented. The needing eerer une made in spite of independent shoeks by the grappts operator, the shif t supervisor and en easineer en the refweling beridge.
The bundle was rotated 90' esenterclockwise from (to proper position, but a shock of the operating patters el a nearby control rod indleates that the foal bendte had i
no apparent offact.
A 900 minoriented bundle was analysed in the F8AAl peak heat fluxes were calculated to be far beloe feel damage limit.
