SUBJECT:

COMPLIANCE WITH IE BULLETIN 80-11, ITEMS 2(b) AND 3 Based upon the additional information provided by your staff by letters dated March 1 and July 16, 1985, we have completed our review of your implementation of IE Bulletin 80-11, Items 2(b) and 3, for the safety-related masonry walls not covered in our initial safety evaluation dated October 18, 1983. The results of our review are contained in the j enclosed supplementary safety evaluation.

We have concluded that the safety-related masonry wall design of the 4 remaining walls is adequate and, therefore, Items 2(b) and 3 of IE Bulletin i 80-11 are now fully implemented for all safety-related walls at the Fort St. Vrain Station.
