Patient Release I have ta.1ked to King.
SECY holds the disk while the Commission has the paper and he will see that it is made available to us by Monday (since I will be out of the office until Friday afternoon).
He has no problem with the general idea of the changes. He is going to let the Chairman's staff know that the changes are coming, but encourage them to keep reviewing since these changes should not effect the vote. He would like the changes ready by COB Monday and encouraged us to go ahead'and prepare the changes in anticipation of receiving
'i the disk.
Although I will be out of the office at a decommissioning conference until friday afternoon, I will be checking my e-mail at home providing my pc anywhere software is fixed by tomorrow as promised by tech support.
If you have any' draft language, please send me and Stuart Treby a copy.
I have let him know of the planned changes and hemay be able to OK some language if I am unavailable.
By the way, no problem with this as far as King is concerned.
He's glad the
