FINAL RULE - CRITERIA FOR THE RELEASE OF INDIVIDUALS ADMINISTERED RADI0 ACTIVE MATERIAL Attached are the revised Conunission paper and its attachments.
Since this paper was forwarded to you on 3/12/96, the regulatory analysis has been changed to address Mr. Malsch's comments.
Conforming changes were made to the environmental assessment and the FR notice.
As with the 3/12/96 paper, 0GC has no legal objection to this revised paper.
NMSS agrees with the changes.
