Chairman Palladino requested the Office of the General Counsel to review the meeting transcript to determine whether any portion of the transcript should be served on the parties to any pending proceeding.

Commissioner Asselstine requested the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards to provide an updated Committee position on Palo Verde Unit ~ 2 prior to any anticipated low power or full 3r power operating license decision for this plant by the staff or the Commission if the Committee has a different view from that contained in their December 15, 1981 report on Palo Verde.
