The proposed amendments would j
i have changed Technical Specification 3.6.5.1 to allow operation with a reduced minimum weight of ice in the containment ice condenser system.
The Commission issued a Notice of Consideration of issuance of the Amendments in the FEDERAL REGISTER nn August 5, 1985 (50 FR 31661).

October 31, 1985, the licensee reouested, pursuant to 10 CFR ?.107, permission l

to withdraw its application for the proposed amendments. The basis for withdrawal of the amendment request was that the licensee detemined that an error existed in tne input assumptions to the cmputer code used to provide the technical justification for the proposed amendments.
The Commission has considered tha licensee's October 31, 1985, request and has datermined that permission to withdraw the April 5,1985, application for amendments should be granted.
